Swedish summer nights
This is technically my first real summer in Sweden since I usually spend time in the US to visit family and friends. But during these COVID-19 times and personal reasons, I’m staying in Sweden this entire summer. I celebrated my first midsommar after living here for 5 and half years! I’ve been really enjoying taking late evening walks while the sun is going down. I can’t get used to how light it is in the evenings! I took this photo around 21:30 the other day.

Beautiful photo. Long evenings and early mornings. By two in the morning it’s already getting light again. When does it usually get dark in California?
Best regards, Niklas 🎈
I don’t remember anymore. Maybe around 8pm?

Hej Evelina,
My name is Angela. This picture is lovely, thankyou for sharing it. What a nice way to spend the evening. The light in Sweden is like nothing else, unlike here in Brisbane, Australia where the light is very strong and harsh even in winter.
Cheers, Angela.
#4 Hey Angela! Nice to hear that liked the photo. When I travelled around Australia, the evening stars in the sky were something I could never get over. It was so beautiful in the evenings there as well! 😍🌌
