Sweden wins European bakeshop Championship
After practicing for 12 - 17 hours a day, Monday to Thursday, for nine months, Jessica Sandberg and Martin Morand went to Turin and won the gold medal.

12-17 hours a day is ridiculously intense! Even if it was only for four days of the week
Or as it is called on their website: European Pastry Cup.
Just look at their amazing chocolate/sugar sculpture "Mother Earth", and it is quite clear why the Swedish team won.
