12-17 hours a day is ridiculously intense! Even if it was only for four days of the week 
Or as it is called on their website: European Pastry Cup.
Just look at their amazing chocolate/sugar sculpture "Mother Earth", and it is quite clear why the Swedish team won.
I was impressed that they managed to make it in five hours along with other things.
