Today marked the beginning of my last week here in Sweden so I spent it at the Moderna Museet, or The Museum of Modern Art in English. I got there by taking the ferry from Slussen over to the little island of Skeppsholmen (this can be done using an SL at no extra charge).
I viewed the 'Moderna Museet Collection' as this was the only exhibition that was free of charge. There were two other exhibits namely, 'Concrete Matters' and 'LYGIA PAPE: TTÉIA' that you could view for a certain price. I spent over an hour exploring the 'Moderna Museet Collection' but I could have spent even longer, especially if you decide to use the audio guide. The main works on display were by famous names such as Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Dorothea Tanning, Andy Warhol and Niki de Saint Phalle.
This was one of my favourite museums that I have visited so far, I definitely recommend you make a day of it.
