Carbon Market Watch has looked into how the European countries are doing in regards to the Paris climate agreement. Germany and France placed second and third on the list. Poland is at the bottom with only 2 points out of 100. Sweden got 67. Sweden gets many points for setting tougher goals for 2030 and 2040 than the rest of the EU.
